Background:
The National Association of Shareholder & Consumer Attorneys is a trade organization and public policy voice for lawyers. They advocate for a strong system of federal and state legal protections for investors and consumers. They were founded in 1988 and consist of law firms committed to the vigorous prosecution of corporate fraud.
Solution:
The OpenCMS software package was selected for implementation. The role played here started with the creation of XHTML templates using graphic designs provided and also utilizes cascading style sheets. Next, templates were created for the content management software, the framework of the site was built and high level pages created. The system was extended using XML and java to implement a password protected area, the "Locate a Member Firm" area, the news section, search, and contact pages. This site created while under previous employment.
