Much Shelist
Background:
Much Shelist is a Chicago law firm that focuses on the middle market. They were established in 1970, and have grown to approximately 85 attorneys. They wanted to provide a new look and feel for their website, which had been implemented in the Open Text (formerly Red Dot) Content Management Server software.
Solution:
Red Noodle created the HTML versions of the graphic design and brought the new look and feel into the content management server (CMS) system. The critical aspect of the project was to avoid tracking recent revisions in both the new and old versions of the site, with authors duplicating their data entry efforts. Open Text does a great job of separating the content of a site from its presentation, and we utilized a feature allowing multiple graphic designs for this project. The redesigned site launched without authors ever having to enter the same content a second time. The graphic design was created by Hype Inc.
