Background:
Millsaps College had created an organizational plan for their website and a graphic design. They were looking for programming work to be done in Open Text (formerly Red Dot) Content Management Server software.

Solution:
Red Noodle started with the HTML example pages provided and from that point handled the entire range of programming required to implement a complete site framework. Templates were created within the software, a system of navigation established, and an initial skeleton of pages created. We also configured permissions, publishing, and workflow. A number of areas where configured to re-use content from other areas. Once the framework of pages was established, Millsaps staff entered the content for the site. In the finished project, over 55 authors in 45 separate groups can edit their specific areas of the website without overlapping. Consistancy of style is enforced via the workflow, wherein the web group in the IT department provides final approval for all edits prior to publishing.
