Background:
Chase Incident Solutions provides media relations training for police department staff as well as private investigation services. Founder Lt. Tom Chase (Ret.) served for many years as the public face of the Frederick Police Department for all manner of cases.

His approach to media relations stresses a cooperative attitude of mutual respect and avoids the perception of the media as an adversary. Now he shares his years of experience with other police departments across Maryland and Pennsylvania. He is also a skilled investigator having served 12 of his 30 years on the force as a successful detective.

Solution:
