This is a commercial package that runs on a Windows operating system. It provides a low level programming interface based on the Microsoft .NET platform. Development involves adding custom code to implement templates.

This is an inexpensive commercial package that runs on a Windows platform. This package also provides a programming interface for developers to use as a starting point.
